We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may apply for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt but will be subject to a 25% Restocking fee and will be responsible for all return freight charges. Before returning your merchandise you must receive a RETURN #, you must request a return by contacting us  via email at waterbeds-airbeds@rogers.com. Please explain the damage or problem with the product in your email. All items must be returned in the original packaging, If your order arrives damaged please make a claim with Canada Post or UPS and notify us
